Located in the Kawarthas, a 90 minute drive North East of Toronto, or a 3 hour drive South-West of Ottawa, Woodland Estate is easy to access by either Highway 401 or Highway 7, or by boat from Lake Ontario or Rice Lake.
Take Hwy 401 to Hwy 30/Exit 509 (Brighton/Campbellford exit).
North on Hwy 30 to the stoplight in Campbellford. Go straight through the light onto Queen St. which becomes Hwy 50.
Follow 10 minutes North until you see our Woodland Estate sign on the left.
Nearby is the town of Campbellford, with its full compliment of services including a modern hospital and ambulance services.
